1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at contact@nasa-merch.com and we will let you know if we can arrange a shipment.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak periods or for high-demand items.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked standard shipping. If any shipping charges apply to your order (for example for express services or remote locations), they will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery times below are estimates only and are calculated in business days starting from the date your order is dispatched. They do not include the processing time mentioned above. Actual transit times may vary depending on the carrier, local postal services, and customs processing.

  • US & Canada

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard tracked shipping usually takes 3–6 business days.

  • Rest of World

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard tracked shipping usually takes 3–6 business days, but may take up to 15 business days depending on the destination and local postal services.

5. International Shipping, Customs Duties & Taxes

Depending on your location, rare customs exceptions may apply. We cover all duties, taxes, and customs fees upfront, but in some areas, local customs may still request an additional charge. If that happens, contact us with proof of payment and we’ll refund the fee.

6. Tracking & Delivery

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, high volume, strikes, or other disruptions. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand off the parcel to the carrier (see our Terms & Conditions for details).

7. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of the parcel, or failure to pay applicable customs duties/taxes, we can reship it (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price in accordance with our Return Policy, minus any original and return shipping costs charged by the carrier where applicable.

8. Split Shipments

To expedite delivery, items in the same order may ship separately at no additional cost to you. You will receive tracking information for each parcel when available.

9. PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We may be able to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using eligible services. Some carriers or expedited options may not be available for these destinations. If you have a specific requirement, please contact us before placing your order.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email contact@nasa-merch.com as soon as possible with your order number and request.

We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped. In that case, you may need to wait to receive the parcel and then follow our Return Policy.

11. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management/concierge.

  • Look around your property and any safe places where the carrier might have left the parcel.

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more information.

If the package is still not found after these steps, email us at contact@nasa-merch.com. We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

12. Holiday Periods & Peak Seasons

During holidays, promotional events, or peak seasons, both processing and transit times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing gift orders early to allow extra time for your parcel to arrive.
