We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you will only be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will receive clear instructions outlining the return process, along with the correct return address. All returned items are donated to charitable organizations, our way of supporting those in need who share a passion for NASA and the infinite universe.
Please note: items sent back without prior approval and/or to an incorrect address will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
For size exchanges or replacements within the same product range, NASA MERCH® covers 100% of the costs, including the new item and all shipping fees. This is our way of saying thank you for your trust and loyalty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as the charitable organization has received and inspected your return. Once reviewed, our customer service team will confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days, exclusively via secure bank transfer.
For security, simplicity, and speed, 100% of our refunds are issued by secure bank transfer only. No other refund method will be accepted by NASA MERCH®. To complete the process, we will ask you to provide your bank details with all required information.
To prevent fraud, refunds are issued only to the bank account and under the name of the individual or company that placed the original order on NASA-MERCH.COM.
