Yes, as long as your order is not “being processed.”

It is entirely possible to cancel your order! However, if the order is already being prepared, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price. Please feel free to contact us by email via the contact page on our website and our team will do their utmost to respond to you.

We try to process orders in the order they come in, and we usually manage to do so.

To manage our order queue, we route orders to the production centers with the most capacity.

Order fulfillment depends on the product and destination, so new orders may be fulfilled faster if they are routed to a different production center.
